Operation process:

1. Pull up the lever to open the heating plate completely.Plug it in, turn on the main power switch, and the indicator light is on.

Note: Due to the high power of the machine, the whole machine must have proper and strong protective ground wire.

2, adjust the temperature regulator, according to + or - to the appropriate temperature (150℃-200℃), the heating time is about 3 minutes.

3. Adjust the timer to the appropriate time (the time is long or short depending on different materials).

4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter the constant temperature state.

5. Put the item to be hot, put the printed paper on the place where the item is to be printed (to the item with the pattern), and then press the hot plate until it is tightly pressed to lock the hot plate automatically

The temperature and time required for hot stamping are as follows:

Pure cotton: dark colored paper 180 degrees, 12-15 seconds

Sublimation paper 200 degrees,40-60 seconds

Polyester: 180 degrees, 15 seconds

Chemical fiber: 150-170 degrees, 10-15 seconds

Hot drilling: 165-200 degrees, 10-20 seconds

Pearl board: 180 degrees, 120-180 seconds

200 degrees, 60-90 seconds

Metal pendant: 180 degrees, 60 seconds

200 degrees, 60-90 seconds

Mouse pad: 180 degrees, 30 seconds

Porcelain plate: 200 degrees, 180 seconds

Key chain: 200 degrees, 100 seconds

Ceramics: 200 degrees, 180 seconds
